We have been working with national and international franchise-systems for the past eight years. In cooperation with the Eckhold Consultants GmbH (see partners), we support our customers to set up franchise-systems or to convert an existing business concept into a franchise-system. We can also assist you to bring your system onto a foreign market. Vice versa we help international systems to successfully enter the German market. Fairly often for a limited time we provide foreign franchise-systems with the complete German headquarters.

We offer your company to be based with your complete German headquarters in a representative surrounding, including all related services:

• Staff: Allocation of flexible and committed staff for all administrative work and marketing activities. Your company ist always available. No shortage of staff due to holidays or illness.
• Franchisee-Search (Pre-Select): Guaranteed response to all initial contacts within 24 hours. Application of our Pre-Select-Method for the preselection of the candidates. We present you only the best, solvent and entrepreneurial candidates. During the preselection you receive constant reporting from us.
• Marketing: In order to provide you and your salespeople or partners with a head start within the first six months after your business foundation, we offer diverse activities and extended marketing (see  Marketing).
• Communication: All communicative tasks like correspondence with the authorities, being reachable under your company’s name via phone, fax and email, as well as the handling and processing of all incoming calls and mails. Naturally we do this in German and English.
• Manuals and Data Administration:  We do the master data maintenance as well as keeping your manuals and your contract documents up-to-date. In times of  legal obligation to produce supporting documents, we submit the required filing system.
• Payment transactions: Administration of your debtors/creditor schedules, management of your payments and also calculation and invoicing of the monthly royalties.
• Equipment: Allocation of the complete technical infrastructure, starting with the installaion of a telephone connection and a mail-account to the opening of internet bank accounts.
